Hello and welcome. You are looking gorgeous! Last time we were talking about the power us human beings have, upstairs in the loft/attic. No, not the view silly, I'm talking about our very own computer (except more powerful), our brains.
However, we still have to switch it on and run it. I found that out just in time I think because if we keep it 'unplugged' for long enough it misses out on what is going on in the real world. I had to play 'catch up' with certain 'techy' issues (easy ones) if only because I had never really done anything constructive with my computer. Not only is it more fun but it is fantastic to switch on the laptop and see how much money has been made!
What a shameful waste. A brain and a computer, left in neutral. I was guilty as charged! Surrounded by thousands of opportunities and blind to it all. Maybe we just get a little complacent with all the comforts we cushion ourselves with today. Easy enough because we didn't have all this wizardry that long ago.
Just tell your chipped up car where you want to go and it will tell you. Medical science, Space missions, Global Positioning and all our present day life was only dreamed of just a few decades ago. Makes me think what will be 20 years from now! Where will you be!
So, that brief history lesson brings home to me that we have never been better placed to improve our lot. Not sure about something? Just go to a search engine, sorted. Often I will do a quick bit of research before going out to see what to buy. Today it was a web cam and head set. I knew the goods were OK and that it was a very good price because the computer told me so.
Control means more command over your life. That's if you stop and make it work for you instead of just taking it for granted. The younger set have grown up with it and maybe they also don't realize the potential power of this beast known as the Internet. It is still in it's infancy and will carry on growing. This is the future today.
Anyone, all of us have access to this miracle of mankind and all you have to do is 'switch on'. You can buy, you can sell. You can act as a broker / agent and earn commision. There are all sorts of ways to make a tidy living with this money machine. It's no coincidence that big business uses it. The BIG but though is...they will never be as good as you.
Here's the thing. You can not sit around dreaming, correction...thinking about it because eventually the ship will leave port without you and someone else will have taken your berth! Not having that are we! No way. This is your chance to show off your wares and talents to the world. Do you ever come across people who criticize successful folk? Why is that? What is going on.
